Additional Works & Maintenance

PROJECT 03

Skylight Leakage Remedial
& Internal Restoration

LocationMacquarie Park
TradeRemedial/Restoration

This residential unit suffered from long-term, undiagnosed water filtration stemming from a failed skylight seal. The persistent ingress compromised the internal plasterboard, staining walls and causing dynamic structural damage to the ceiling void.

SOLUTION: A multi-stage rectification. First, external leak neutralization and skylight re-sealing. Once certified watertight, we performed internal demolition of damaged materials, void treatment, plasterboard reinstatement, and a flawless premium repaint.

PROJECT 04

Industrial Wash-Bay
& Structural Fit-out

TypeCommercial / Industrial
TradeFit-out & Waterproofing

This high-use industrial car wash facility required a full remedial overhaul due to chemical erosion and substrate degradation. The project demanded a solution that combined structural durability with 100% moisture containment.

SOLUTION: Substrate remediation and epoxy floor application followed by the precision assembly of high-impact polycarbonate wall systems and structural framing to ensure compliance and longevity.

PROJECT 05

Balcony Remedial
& Level Rectification

LocationMacquarie Park
TradeRemedial/Tiling

This critical defect required a precise technical intervention. The original balcony tiling was installed higher than the apartment Finish Floor Level (FFL), creating a non-compliant step and increasing flood risk.

SOLUTION: Flood testing to locate ingress, full height reduction of existing bedding/tiles, and reinstatement of new membrane and tiles below the FFL for compliant drainage.

PROJECT 06

Common Area Wall
& Aesthetic Restoration

LocationMacquarie Park
TradeRemedial Painting

High-traffic corridors in major residential complexes often suffer from substrate damage, scuffing, and outdated finishes that lower the building's overall value. This project focused on a full-scale aesthetic refresh of common area corridors and lift lobbies.

SOLUTION: Comprehensive wall auditing to locate defects, expert plaster patching, and a professional high-durability repaint of corridors and lift surrounds to restore a "new-build" finish.
